I don't even like Loverboy...
Freakmagnet and I had an interesting email conversation, today.
FreakMagnet: They've been playing Loverboy songs on XM radio and I don't know why, but every time I hear one of their songs, I picture you singing and dancing to it.
Makes for interesting entainment.
Me: I DON'T EVEN LIKE LOVERBOY. >:(
Now, if it were Warrant, I'd understand.
FreakMagnet: I guess you wouldn't want to know that I picture you in the red leather pants, then, would you?
Me: Oh THAT i do every night. Sometimes I lose the pants, tuck it and dance Silence of the Lambs style.
FreakMagnet: I hope you know you've just ruined me for other men.
Me: I know. Now that you have that image, how can another man even compete?

I can't think of anything say other than "LOL" but that's what I did. LOL.
Loverboy's cool, man. Their best of is great. (and this is where the faux-cool people chime in about how queer Loverboy is, blah blah blah, because they're embarrassed to actually admit they like them)
(except now I've embarrassed them into NOT saying it, because to say it would be to admit that they are faux-cool)
Remember that SNL skit with Patrick Swayze and Chris Farley trying out for Chippendales by dancing to "Working For the Weekend"?
Would you categorize yourself as more of a Swayze or a Farley?
I'm just asking.
Aric - I don't care what anyone says. Def Leppard and Warrant smoked Loverboy.
Lesley - I have teh Sexy of Swazy and teh Fun of Farley. I bet that makes you a little moist.
Rachel - I have many more emails saved that I can throw out in case of Blog emergency. And I still don't like Loverboy. :)

I don't know about you, Lesley, but when Swayze and Farley were dancing, I just couldn't keep my eyes off Farley.

FM, I so agree! I don't know what it was about Farley, but seeing him dancing in that skit made me think "I bet he'd be really fun in bed." I also kind of thought he'd be sweaty too, but the fun would more than make up for it.
Oh and Stewie, you were right about the moist. Now if you'll excuse me I need to change these panties... (although I must point out that I *detest* the word "moist" -- I should blog that)

NO!!!! Seriously, I *hate* the word moist! The only other word that comes close is creamy. Hate that one too! Ugh!
